Our Care Assistants all hove experience working in the healthcare industry within the UK.
They have all received training in Moving and Handling Techniques, together with a variety of other training topics which may include Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults or Children, Infection Control, Dementia Awareness, Our Care Workers can assist you with all types of care service:

- EMI HOMES
- RESIDENTIAL CARE HOMES
- RESPITE SERVICES
- DAY CARE SERVICES
- PHYSICAL DISABILITY SERVICES
- PALLIATIVE CARE
- ONE TO ONE SUPERVISION
Managing Violence and Aggression, Health and Safety, COSSH, Fire Safety, First Aid, Food Hygiene and other specific training as required. In addition, we screen for written and spoken communication skills.
All our Care Assistants care required to complete our comprehensive Application Pack and we conduct a one to one interview with every applicant. Each person will undergo a DBS check and we ensure that previous employment history is checked and satisfactory references are obtained before sending any new member of staff to work with any of our clients.
